Due to the COVID-19 situation, the range is closed for all club or multiple shooter use but can now be booked by individuals. PLEASE READ AND MAKE YOUR BOOKING BELOW
You may make up to TWO bookings, but only one per week. If you book more than one session in week, ALL your bookings will be removed. If there are spaces available on a day, you may make “last minute” bookings during the day before only. If you have booked and cannot make your booking, you must inform firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each session will have a maximum of 9 members (up to 5 on the main and zero range and 4 in the woods). This is 2 only (rimfire or air) on the 100yds range, 2 only on the 50m range (rimfire or air), one only (air) on the zeroing range (FP2) and 4 only (air) HFT up in the woods. If there are rimfire shooters in a session they must, unless otherwise agreed by all using the main range, move from one distance to the other after 50 minutes shooting. Only paper targets may be used on the 100yd and 50m range. Air shooters may use 10m, 25yds or 50m benchrest with paper targets on the 50m range but can ONLY use paper targets at 10m benchrest on the 100yd range.
Each 3 hour session will be made up of arrival and setting up: 30 minutes approx.; shooting session 1: 50minutes; change over: 20 minutes; shooting session 2: 50 minutes; packing up, cleaning down and leaving: 30 minutes. All timings, EXCEPT THE LAST, are flexible according to the agreement of the group shooting. The overall session time MUST NOT exceed 3 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Those booking the 16:00 to 19:00 session; as to the range rules you will need to be cleaned down and off the range before dark. Therefore from the 1st Oct, your session ends at 18:30. Once the Clocks change, this session will be unavailable until the longer days permit it to be back in action.
